IMPORTANT SHIPPING AND ORDER POLICY

Please allow 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) for order processing, and up to 7 business days during November and December. The processing timeline does not include the day your order was placed.

Shipping rates are calculated by USPS based on distance and package weight. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are NOT responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, including for wax melts.

IMPORTANT FOR WARMER MONTHS:
Body butters may melt during transit if exposed to high temperatures. To prevent this, we recommend having your order delivered to an indoor location. We are NOT responsible for melted products.

If you experience issues such as a lost or undelivered package, please contact USPS directly. We are NOT responsible for packages once they leave our facility.
