Shipping Information:

Due to high order volume, please allow us 7 business days to process your order. During the holiday season (November and December), processing may take up to 14 business days.

Please note: Business days exclude weekends and the day your order is placed. We ship exclusively through USPS, and once your package leaves our facility, it typically arrives within 4-5 business days.

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Important Reminder: During warmer months, we recommend having your products delivered to an indoor location, as the body butters are similar to "butter" and can melt in hot temperatures. Whipped With Luv is not responsible for packages once they’ve been shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders returned to the sender due to an incorrect address will incur a reshipping fee, which is the responsibility of the customer.

Whipped With Luv was born from a simple yet powerful belief: self-care is an act of love — for your body, mind, and soul. This statement is personal to myself. As what started as personal journey of trying to heal my sons inflamed skin, from a citrus allergy, My name is Nikki, and I created Whipped With Luv as a way to share that love with the world. I wanted to craft something that not only nourishes the skin but also reminds us to embrace our worth and take time to care for ourselves.

Each product is handcrafted with Luv, using plant-based ingredients like Shea Butter & Apricot  Oil — all chosen to nourish, protect, and hydrate your skin. I believe in the power of nature, and that’s why every product is free from parabens, sulfates, and anything that isn’t pure and good for you.

Whipped With Luv isn’t just about skincare — it’s about connecting with yourself. It’s about the affirmations we carry with us, like I AM Love and I AM Enough, and how those words transform our mindset. With every application, my hope is that you feel reminded of how deserving you are of love, care, and moments just for you.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at whippedwithluv@gmail.com with your concerns, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

If you have any problems with your order (not received) please let us know within 24 hrs. However you will be advised to contact USPS so that they can help you locate your package. Please note that you will be asked by USPS to file a claim for your missing package.
